
By Airplane: the international airport is located in the south part of Amsterdam.
From Schiphol International Airport you can reach the city center by catching the bus number 370, running every 30 minutes (ticket's price: 3,10 € ) or by train. Trains leave every 15 minutes (ticket's price: about 3,00 € ). If you are travelling by car, the Central Rail Station can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Ryan Air: Flight to Eindhoven or to Bruxelles Charleroi plus train to Amsterdam Schiphol.

By Train: the Centraal Station is the main railway station of Amsterdam. It offers good and regular connections from the center to the rest of the city, to the rest of the country and to neighbouring countries.
By car from Milan, going through the gallery of San Gottardo: take the exit "Como" and continue in direction Switzerland passing through Chiasso Lugano, Bellinzona, the gallery of San Gottardo, Basel. You'll arrive in Karlsruhe, Germany (A5). At this point, take first the highway A67 and then the A3 direction "Koeln" (Cologne). Going through "Oberhausen" you'll arrive in "Emmerich". Then follow the signs for "Arnhem", "Utrecht" and "Amsterdam".
By car from Bolzano through Brennero highway, direction Innsbruck. You have to pass through the following places: Worgl, Rosenheim, Muenchen/ motorway intersection Brunntal, Muenchen/ motorway intersection Nuernberg, Wurzburg/ motorway intersection Biebelried, Frankfurt, Cologne/motorway intersection Heumar, motorway intersection Leverkusen, Oberhausen. You'll enter The Netherlands in Emmerich, then follow the signs for "Arnhem", "Utrecht" and "Amsterdam".
In Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands there are toll-free highways. In The Netherlands speed limits are 100 km/h or 120 km/h on highways, 80 km/h on main roads outside the city and 50 km/h in living zones. From the ring road A10 follow the streets "S" (marked in blue) till the city center.
By bus: Eurolines connects Amsterdam to the most important Italian cities.
