
Blauwburg (Blue Bridge): this bridge was built and decorated after the Alexander III bridge in Paris. It crosses the river Amstel and connects Waterlooplein to the Jewish district in the Old Town.
Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge): this wooden bridge was built more than 300 years ago and it's still handled manually. This is a very charming bridge also by night when its lights reflect in the water below.
